Mediation & Conflict Solving

Mediation is – amongst other things – a clearly structured process that guides parties from positioning to solution-finding. At the heart of mediation is the desire to support people to move beyond positions, so they can see new ways forward and find a sustainable solutions, together.

With a strong commitment to sustainable solutions, Ulrike has become a trained mediator according to EU law and has competed a specialization in business mediation and mediator for family businesses/business succession.
