Who I am:

Medicondis was founded after more than 25 years working within three of the world's largest global pharmaceutical companies.

I am a licensed pharmacist and hold a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology. As a former senior executive, I bring deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments, aligning diverse stakeholders across global markets and leading large teams with a thoughtful and clear hands-on approach.

From the beginning of my career, it quickly became apparent that I easily possessed the analytical abilities required for highly regulated settings but also bring the leadership qualities needed to develop employees into successful, high performing teams.

Together, we create solutions that last.
