About our Founder

Dr Ulrike Falk founded Medicondis after more than 25 years working within three of the world's largest global pharmaceutical companies.

Ulrike is a licensed pharmacist and holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology.
As a former senior executive, Ulrike brings deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments, aligning diverse stakeholders across global markets and leading large teams with a thoughtful and clear hands-on approach.

From the beginning of her career, it quickly became apparent that Ulrike possessed the analytical abilities required for highly regulated settings, but also the leadership qualities needed to develop employees into successful, thriving teams.
